The STEAM Studio is a nonprofit corporation whose mission is to promote a sense of constant curiosity through project-based learning in science, technology, & engineering. We promote skills in creative problem solving, logical thinking, mental flexibility, and collaboration.
WHAT MAKES US UNIQUE?
The STEAM Studio offers completely hands-on classes and camps in science, technology, engineering, coding, 3d printing, circuitry, robotics, and more. We are located close to the districts of Pine Richland, North Allegheny, Seneca, Mars, and Cranberry. Our camps and classes are taught by educated, professional instructors and offer a low student to teacher ratio to encourage individualized learning.
WHO ARE WE?
The STEAM Studio is run by Sarah and Phil Ezolt, who started the program to bring high quality science and tech education to their three children and others with similar interests. Sarah is the CEO and has a bachelors degree in Sociology from Baldwin Wallace University and a masters degree in Community Psychology from the University of Massachusetts. Phil has a bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon Univeristy and a masters degree in Computer Science from Harvard University.
