2026 SUMMER CAMPS

About Our Camps
-
Pricing: Each camp costs $200 before April 1st, 2026. This is early bird pricing. After April 1st, camps increase to $220.
-
Student/Teacher ratio: We purposefully keep our camp sizes small so every student has the opportunity to participate in our all-hands-on activities. Camps cap out at 12-14 students with 2-3 teachers at all times.
-
Allergies & special needs: We are happy to work with your child whenever possible to make sure they have a safe, educational, and fun camp experience. Please let us know how we can help.
-
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up until one month before your scheduled camp for a $25 fee (so you would get a $175 refund on a $200 camp). Within one month before camp there are no refunds. Please call Sarah directly if your child is sick right before camp and we will figure something out.

TIME TRAVELERS
June 15-19, 2026
Age: 8+
9:30am-12:30pm
This week we become Time Travelers to explore STEAM (science, tech, engineering, art, and math) throughout different eras. We begin by creating time passports that will transport us to different eras throughout history. With every project, we stamp our passports and show what we've learned. Create cave paintings from the stone age using natural pigments we make ourselves, travel to ancient Egypt and build an aqueduct (gravity and slope), build a trebuchet from the medieval times, design a mosaic inspired by artists in Pompeii during the Classical era, and make your own astronomical model like Copernicus in the Renaissance.
Design and build your own escape room! We will break into small teams and each team with get their very own room in which to design and build their escape adventure. We will teach escape room tips, tricks, clues, and cyphers. You use your imagination to come up with your theme and build your own unique puzzles. On the final day of camp, all teams get to try out the other escape rooms!

Age: 10+
9:30am-12:30pm
Science + Tech + Engineering + Art + Math + FOOD = A delicious new camp! Every day, students in Culinary STEAM camp will cook up a delicious meal or snack as well as complete fun STEAM projects using food. Create bubbing explosions using kitchen staples, build a tower using marshmallows, make smore's in a DIY solar oven, 3d design and print chocolate molds, create a Starry Night Charcuterie board, and much more.

MAKERSPACE MASTERPIECES
June 22-26, 2026
Age: 10+
9:30am-12:30pm
In Makerspace Masterpieces camp, students will use science, tech, engineering, and math to create unique works of art. We will build a kinetic art machine (movement, balance, visual rhythm), a marble run masterpiece (gravity, angles, simple machines), chemical color creations (Ph, chromatography, chemical reactions), UV-reactive art (light, wavelengths), copper tape cards (circuitry), geometric string art (symmetry, fractions), and much more.

APOCALYPSE ENGINEERS
July 13-17, 2026
Age: 11+
9:30am-12:30pm
Uh-oh, it's a zombie apocalypse (but don't worry because our Apocalypse Engineers have a lot of braaaaains)! In this camp, we'll explore hands-on engineering projects to help us survive, rebuild, and thrive! We'll re-light our city by building LED circuitry, power devices with solar energy, build a bridge that can hold weight to get survivors out of the contaminated zone, develop coded cypher messages, learn how germs spread in our outbreak containment science lab, and much more.
*This camp is not at all scary, and any zombie references will be cartoonish and funny. *Your child may also register for our afternoon session (see camp 6 below). Bring a lunch and stay to eat from 12:30-1pm for no extra cost.

We'll imagine, plan, create, build, and test fun projects to help survive and thrive on our little island. We'll build a shelter to withstand a tropical storm (structural engineering), assemble a primitive water filter (enviromental engineering), construct a catapult to launch messages in bottles (mechanical engineering), build a mini raft that holds weight and floats, make s'mores in a DIY solar oven, and more!
Join us for a classic D&D campaign full of adventure. Run by two game enthusiasts, this campaign is perfect for D&D newcomers and those who've played before. The title of this adventure is "The Lost Mine of Phandelver". Will you help us complete our quest?
